Do you provide free consultations before we decide on a home care professional?
Absolutely! We can schedule a time that is most convenient for you. During the course of our initial interview, we will discuss the care plan, pricing, and any other questions you may have. Since COVID-19, we have initiated ZOOM interviews to help keep our clients and staff safe. If we need to schedule a face-to-face meeting, we will take extra safety precautions to do so.
What safety precautions are you taking during COVID-19?
We are taking extra safety precautions to ensure our clients and staff are safe. We are following all CDC guidelines and practicing social distancing. Our staff is checking temperatures daily, utilizing curbside pick-up/delivery services, and disinfecting all surface areas and items. All of our staff members are required to wear a mask at all times. Together, we will get through this.
Is your staff certified and trained?
All of our staff members have completed Nursing Aide Certifications through the state of Oklahoma. We utilize every training program available to ensure the proper care for our clients. Whether our staff members are Home Health Aides or Long Term Care Aides, all of them have completed Alzheimer's and Dementia Training. We make sure our staff is trained and up to date on all certifications (BLS, CNA, CHHA).
